1. Pad Thai
Thailand's national fried noodles. Rice noodles are stir-fried with shrimp, eggs, and bean sprouts in a sweet tamarind sauce. You can enjoy it on the street for 50 to 80 baht.
2. Tom Yum Goong
One of the world's top three soups. This is a spicy and sour soup with shrimp, and the scent of lemongrass and lime is exquisite.
3. Som Tam
Green papaya salad. The combination of sweet, sour and spicy flavors is addictive. You can adjust the level of spiciness, so order mild at first.
4. Khao Pad
Thai style fried rice. Depending on the ingredients, it is divided into Khao Pad Gai (chicken), Khao Pad Kung (shrimp), etc. This is a no-fail menu.

Chiang Mai’s famous curry noodles. Crispy and soft noodles served in coconut curry broth.
9. Pad See Ew
A dish of wide rice noodles stir-fried with soy sauce. Everyone loves its sweet and salty taste.
10. Larb
Minced meat salad. It features a refreshing taste of herbs and lime, and is also good as a side dish for beer.
